Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, then add the mushrooms, season to taste and cook until mushrooms are cooked. Mushrooms can be replaced with any other.
Season chicken to taste, add one egg and knead well. Beat the second egg.
Make a tortilla with minced meat and put mushrooms inside. Wrap tightly so that there are no seams.
Soak zrazy first in eggs, and then bread in breadcrumbs.
Fry the zrazy in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides. Then put in a baking dish and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Chicken zrazy with mushrooms are ready, serve with any side dish.
