Cooking

1 . Stage

Sauté the grated onion in olive oil. Add finely chopped garlic at the end, then add tomato, salt, sugar and cook for 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Discard the meat and grate it with salt, soak in beaten eggs and crackers, send to the pan and fry on all sides for about 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

After the meat is fried, put it in a mold and pour in a warm sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
