Combine vegetable oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the meat with marinade and let stand for 30 minutes. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.
In the same pan, fry chopped onions and peppers, add chopped garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the rice and keep it on fire for another 5 minutes. After pour water and add tomatoes with juice.
Then add the chicken, salt to taste and cover the simmer with a lid for 30 minutes, add water if necessary.
