Cut the meat into medium slices.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Onion and carrot cut into half rings, pepper cut into cubes.
Cut the zucchini into cubes as well.
Fry the chicken in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.
Pour the meat into the chicken bowl, then lay the vegetables in layers, each layer a little salt and pepper. Put the sliced tomatoes in the last layer. Pour all 0.5 tbsp. water, cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Vegetable stew with chicken is ready, serve sprinkled with herbs.
