Chicken into thin strips. Add starch.
Cut the pepper into strips.
Pineapple cut into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil for about 2 tbsp. l Fry ginger and pepper for about 3 minutes.
Fry the chicken separately until golden. Then add the meat to the pepper, toss the pineapple and pour the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.
