1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. My chicken fillet and cut lengthwise into 4 steaks. The resulting steaks are beaten with kitchen hammers, salt and pepper. Then, squeeze the garlic through the garlic and grind on both sides.

Mix all chopped ingredients. Add the string beans to them. I used frozen, washed it under cold water before adding.

Salt the vegetables a little, mix well and spread on the chicken fillet. Sprinkle all with grated cheese and add a little water along the edge.

We put in a preheated oven to 200C degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
