Rinse the chicken fillet, wipe and separate the small, tender part of the meat from the main one. About 600 grams are obtained by weight of meat. Cut the small fillet into pieces and put in a blender bowl.
Add to the meat walnuts, parsley, chilled protein and chilled cream, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Grind until smooth. This is our muslin.
The thick fillet that remains needs to be cut on one side making a pocket. Fill the cooked muslin with a pastry bag or other convenient method. Top the meat with salt and pepper.
Fry the stuffed fillet in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown. Then transfer to a covered with foil bake and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
