Rinse the meat and cut into strips.
Grate the carrots on a grater for carrots in Korean, onion in half rings.
Heat oil in a pan and add pepper and seasoning for carrots. After a few minutes, add meat, carrots and onions to the pan. Cook hehe 5 minutes then pour vinegar, cook another 5 minutes on low heat.
Dish of chicken ready, cool, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours, and best of all at night.
