1 . Stage
Boil the meat in salted water with bay leaf.
2 . Stage
Mix flour and yeast, knead the dough and let stand a little.
3 . Stage
In a separate container, mix the cheese with sour cream, add eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar. Mix the resulting mass well until smooth and carefully introduce the dough. Remove for 15 min. in a warm, dark place.
4 . Stage
Grind the meat in a blender but not very hard and add to the finished dough. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll sausages from each part, divide the sausage into several parts and make bagels from each part. Put on a board sprinkled with flour.
5 . Stage
In hot oil, fry the chicken donuts under the lid on both sides, over medium heat, until golden brown. Pull out the finished donuts on paper towels.
