Cut the meat into small pieces.
Mushrooms, cheese and sweet peppers are also cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
Mix meat with vegetables and cheese, add eggs, starch, cream, chili, garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix well until smooth.
From the resulting mass, make the patties with your hands moistened in water and immediately arrange them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry chicken cutlets with vegetables until golden brown.
Serve with any side dish.
