Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
Cut the champignons into slices and fry until golden in vegetable oil.
In a deep bowl, combine finely chopped onions and herbs, chicken, fried mushrooms, garlic, starch, egg and sour cream, passed through a press. Salt and pepper to taste, mix well. In place of starch, you can use ordinary flour.
Heat the oil well in a pan, put the minced meat with a spoon. Fry on both sides to a beautiful golden color.
Serve warm with any side dish.
