Cut the meat and onion into small cubes. Add also chopped feta cheese or any other cheese.
Grind greens, add sour cream and egg, mix well.
Then season to taste and pour in starch, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Using a spoon, lay the finished mass in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve the finished patties with a side dish or salad.
