Thinly chop all the vegetables.
Cut the fillet into slices.
Fry all vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then add flour and fry for another minute.
After pour in the milk and simmer until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat, add mayonnaise and 2/3 of the cheese. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish greased with oil.
Lay the fillets on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
For tortillas, simply mix all the ingredients. Roll out not too thin with a pizza knife or cut into 8 triangles with the usual one.
Carefully transfer the dough into the mold at a small distance from each other and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove the finished cobler from the oven, cool a little and serve.
