Cut the fillet into portions and beat off.
For batter, beat eggs, add mayonnaise, chopped dill, flour, salt and spices to taste. Mix until smooth.
Dip each piece of meat in batter and put on a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Put cheese on top of the chop and pour over the batter with a spoon.
Fry the chicken chops in a batter with cheese until golden brown on both sides.
