Heat the pan with olive oil. Rinse and wipe the meat, put in a pan, salt and pepper to taste, grease the top with chili sauce and fry the breasts on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. If you like hot peppers, you can add some more hot peppers.
Add the sauce to the pan, cover and bring to a boil. Stew the chicken for about 5-10 minutes.
Put the breasts on plates, and simmer the sauce until its volume is reduced in two. Serve with watering sauce.
