Cut the meat into small pieces, add chopped onion, egg and season to taste. Mix everything until smooth.
Form the balls and put in a baking dish greased with a little vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix cream with grated cheese and chopped garlic. Pour the balls into the sauce and put in the oven again for 20 minutes.
Chicken balls in a creamy sauce are ready, serve warm.
