Peel and chop the potatoes. Fry the wings in vegetable oil, then pull on a plate.
Finely chop the onion and toss it into the pan, then add the chopped garlic bay leaves. Add tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes, then pour in soy sauce, lemon juice and add sugar. Cook for a few minutes to taste add pepper and salt.
Put the meat back into the pan, put the potatoes and pour everything with water.
Cook chicken asado under the lid for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are ready.
