Coat the meat thoroughly with sauce, leave it to marinate for 15 minutes.

Take out the meat and put a tablespoon of cherries on it, pour the vinegar (in which the cherries were marinated). We put it in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Literally, so that the cherries "grabbed" but not fried.
