1. Cherry 100 gram
2. Sugar 70 gram
3. Water 250 Ml
4. Semolina 25 gram
5. Agar agar 2 gram

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Mousse

1 . Stage

Bring the agar-agar to the boil and simmer on the lowest heat for a couple of minutes. Pour into the cherry mousse, add to taste the delayed cherry puree and once again whip the mass until fluffy.
