Cut the meat into slices, beat a little with a hammer, salt, pepper and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them after meat. Chop and fry the onion.
Put the meat in pots, on top of the potatoes and then the fried onions.
Then tomato sauce and green peas.
On top of sour cream, add a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours.
