Cooking
1 . Stage
Over low heat, melt margarine, add vegetable oil and milk. The mixture should be warm.

2 . Stage
Add sugar and two eggs to the warm mixture

3 . Stage
Add the yeast. Stir the mixture well and let it stand for 15 minutes. The yeast should have dissolved.

4 . Stage
Add salt, cottage cheese rubbed through a metal sieve, gradually pour the entire portion of flour.

5 . Stage
Knead the dough. Cover the container with a towel and leave to rise.

6 . Stage
The dough has risen well enough. It has to be kneaded and put on the second rise.

7 . Stage
Then start cutting the patties. Divide the dough into pieces, there should be about 18 pieces. Roll out each cake, put strawberries, add sugar to taste.

Shape into patties. Brush the patties with beaten egg and put them in the oven to bake.
