Add sugar, salt, egg to the cottage cheese and mash everything with a fork.
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, squeeze the juice from it and add to the cottage cheese, also pour cinnamon. Mix well.
Sift the flour onto a plate, with the wet hands, form the cheesecakes and roll them in the flour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown.
Cheesecakes serve warm.
