Beat the egg and add a little to then lubricate the cheesecakes. Mix the egg with cottage cheese, salt, sugar, mix until smooth.
Add semolina, mix. Be sure to let it stand for 20 minutes to swell semolina.
Wet hands form the cheese cakes, crumble them in flour and put on the laid foil pan.
Mix the remaining egg with 1 tsp. water and grease the top of cheesecakes. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
