Mix and heat kefir with sour cream, add yeast, sugar, two tablespoons of flour. Stir well and set aside until bubbles appear. Then add salt and melted butter, beaten eggs and vegetable oil. All mix well.
Add the sifted flour a little to the sour cream mixture until the dough thickens. Knead well for about 15 minutes on a table, then place in a bowl, cover and let stand for 2 hours in a warm place.
Hands tear off small pieces from the dough. We make balls out of them. With the help of a glass we make indentations.
We spread the cottage cheese and equalize.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Bake cheesecakes for 25 minutes, 10 minutes before cooking, grease the dough with whipped yolk for a beautiful color.
