1 . Stage
Take the dough out of the fridge beforehand so that it defrosts. Cut the zucchini or zucchini into thin slices. I have zucchini with soft skin and I did not remove it. Put the cheese in a bowl. Now they sell a lot of cottage cheese with the addition of greens or cucumber. You can chop greens and grate a small fresh cucumber into regular cottage cheese or fat cottage cheese, with a little salt.
2 . Stage
In a frying pan in oil, fry a little zucchini. Do not salt it, so that it stays intact and does not give much juice.
3 . Stage
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. In the cottage cheese beat an egg, add 2/3 of hard grated cheese and combine everything. Leave 1/3 of the hard cheese to sprinkle on the tart before baking.
4 . Stage
Roll out the dough into a square or rectangle according to the size of your mold and flatten the sides by 2.5-3 cm. Notch the edges, as shown in the photo, to form the "sides" of the tart. I have a ceramic form with sides 20x20 cm. I oiled it a little so that it is easy to remove the tart.
