Grate cheese on a coarse grater and mix with butter.
Pour in milk, mix, then add salt, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough quickly. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or bag, put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Roll the finished dough thinly. Cut into strips of about 0.5-1 cm. Wrap each strip of dough around a stick or pencil and then pull out the stick, you get a spiral.
Transfer the finished spirals to a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 200 C for 15 minutes.
Such sticks can be served warm or cold.
