Kefir mixed with sugar, salt and soda. Add cheese and flour. Knead the dough, it will stick a little to your hands. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
For the filling, chop the greens and meat. Roll out the dough, put the meat in the middle, then greens cheese.
Wrap the edges of the dough in the center and roll out again. Fry in vegetable oil under a lid on both sides for about 10 minutes.
