Grate the cheese, add eggs and salt to taste. Add minced garlic.
Add the flour and knead the dough, it should be thick.
Form small balls from the finished dough and roll them in flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cheese balls . Fry until golden brown on both sides for about 4 minutes on each side.
The cheese balls with garlic are ready, drain the fat and can be served.
