Slice and discard the meat. Add salt and pepper. For each chop, put a good slice of cheese, chopped mushrooms and a little garlic on it. We collect the edges of the chop in a bag and tie with a thread or chop with toothpicks. Put each bag in foil wrapped in the form of a bowl, add salt, pepper and put into shape, cover with foil. Put in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown, about 10-15 minutes. The cheese is melted and flows into our improvised bowl, mixed with the juice from frying and a delicious meat sauce is obtained without extra costs time. It can be served directly in foil, or can be laid on lettuce leaves by pouring sauce.
