Rinse and chop celery.
Peel the apple from the skin and core, peel the oranges, remove the seeds and white partitions. Dice. Grind until smooth, add peppermint, nutmeg and honey.
Pour into glasses and serve. If the smoothie is too thick then add a little purified water.
