Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil for 15 minutes, add a little salt at the end of cooking.
Mash the cabbage in mashed potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
Pour in flour and mix again.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Form the meatballs with wet hands from minced cabbage and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Put the finished patties on a paper towel to remove excess fat and serve.
