How to cook deliciously - Caucasian salad
1 . Stage
Boil the beef with spices of your choice. I usually add salt, peppercorns, laurel, ginger. While the meat is boiling, peel the onions and cut them into quarter rings. Drizzle with vinegar and leave for 5 minutes. I kept longer, occasionally stirring the onions in a bowl. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
2 . Stage
The cooked beef is cooled and cut into cubes. Ideally, break it into fibers (not small). I had to cut it, because the meat was wiry, I guess the cow was a pensioner...
3 . Stage
Mix dressing. Mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce (in the original Caucasian ajika). Add the pepper mixture.
4 . Stage
Finely chop the garlic with a knife. Exactly chop, no pressing. You need to be able to feel the garlic pieces. I had garlic shoots, so I used them too. Add to the dressing and stir.
5 . Stage
The salad should be layered and topped with dressing. But it is difficult, everything crumbles. So, in a separate bowl, mix the meat with the dressing.
6 . Stage
Place the meat on the dish as the first layer.
7 . Stage
The second layer is the onion. We do the same with it - mix it separately with the dressing and put it on the meat.
8 . Stage
The third layer is carrots. Mixed with the dressing - and on the onions.
