Cut the meat into pieces, fill with water and cook until cooked for 1-1.5 hours.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add flour and cook for another minute. Grind caraway seeds in a mortar.

Add onion, caraway seeds and salt to the meat to taste, cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve caraway seeds with croutons.
