Beat the egg, add cold water and flour, mix well until smooth.
Peel the apples and cut them into medium slices. Roll in flour.

Heat the oil well in a saucepan or deep fat, fry the apples constantly stirring. Cook until light golden. Then put it on a napkin to remove excess fat.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add sugar and stirring constantly to make caramel so that it turns golden, then reduce heat to the very minimum and pour sesame and apples, mix everything well. Put the finished apples in caramel on a lightly greased plate. Allow to cool slightly.
