Cooking

1. Stage

Peel the vegetables, chop the potatoes coarsely, cut the carrots into slices, chop the mushrooms as well, put everything in a pan.

2. Stage

Add chopped onions, slices of beef and tomato paste.

3. Stage

Add chopped garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, a cube of broth and pour the wine.

4. Stage

Salt and pepper to taste and pour boiling water to cover the vegetables. Let it boil, then cover and cook over medium heat for about 90 minutes.

The meat should break up. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
