Cooking
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet covered with baking paper with olive oil.
2. Stage
Fry the bacon until crisp on both sides for about 10 minutes. Blot in a paper towel to remove excess fat and chop finely.
3. Stage
In a food processor, beat mashed potatoes with milk and goat cheese. Salt and pepper. Add chopped bacon and green onions, stirring with a spatula.

Roll out all the pieces of dough. In the middle, add 1/4 of the whole mashed potatoes to one half of the circle dough, put the grated cheddar on top. Repeat with the rest of the dough and toppings.

Close the calzone, fix the dough. Place the calzone on a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.

While the calzone is baked, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve calzone with sauce.
