Whip warm milk with eggs. Add spices, salt and flour. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
Cut the ham into cubes.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the omelet. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
Then turn over and lay on one side the ham with grated cheese.
Fold the omelet in half and fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
Serve hot, you can sprinkle with herbs.
