Cooking

1 . Stage

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a mixer into a uniform thick foam.

2 . Stage

Add sugar to the eggs, beat so that the sugar dissolves.

3 . Stage

Add sour cream and flour mixed with baking powder to the dough, stir until smooth

4 . Stage

Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa to one part. In the second part, you can add raisins or any dried fruits.

5 . Stage

Bake the chocolate part at medium temperature on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment.

6 . Stage

Bake the white part in a detachable form, also previously covering it with parchment. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.

To prepare the cream: beat all the ingredients for the cream with a mixer.

Cut the white cake into two parts, layer with cream.

Break the chocolate cake into pieces, dip the pieces into sour cream. Lay on a white cake with a slide.

10 . Stage

Prepare chocolate icing: mix sugar, cocoa and sour cream, add butter and put on fire. On low heat, almost bring to a boil. Pour the cake with icing. Garnish with nuts, fresh strawberries, if desired
