For cream, mix sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar, warm in a water bath until thickened. Cool the mixture and add softened oil in small portions, beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
In a greased form, we put several layers of cookies soaked in coffee, lubricating each layer with cream. Put the cake in the fridge.
When serving, carefully turning the form over, put the cake on a dish, arrange as desired.
