Cake Broken Glass

1 . Stage

Prepare 2 types of jelly according to the instructions on the package. Refrigerate for several hours until fully frozen. Soak gelatin in 100 ml. water.

Cut peaches into large pieces. Break the cookies into large pieces.

Dip each plate with ready-made jelly in a container with hot water for 20-30 seconds and turn it onto a plate. This is done so that the jelly could easily be removed from the plate. Cut the jelly into pieces.

4 . Stage

Dissolve gelatin and cool. Put sour cream in a deep bowl, add regular and vanilla sugar, as well as gelatin. Beat with a mixer until sugar dissolves.

5 . Stage

Put the chopped jelly in the sour cream and mix gently so that the jelly is divided and evenly distributed. Put the cookies on top, after hardening the cookies will be the basis for the cake.

6 . Stage

Place the cake in the refrigerator until it solidifies for about 5 hours. To easily remove the cake from the mold, do the same as with jelly. Dip the bowl in hot form for a few seconds and turn it over to the dish.
