1 . Stage
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat eggs with milk, butter and vanilla to dry weight. Beat for about 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water and mix until smooth.
2 . Stage
Grease the molds with butter and divide the dough between them in equal proportions. Bake at 175 degrees 35 minutes. Cool the cakes completely.
3 . Stage
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stable peaks. Between the cakes, apply a layer of cream and cherry.
4 . Stage
Apply the rest of the cream externally over the entire surface. Garnish the cake with cherries and grated chocolate.
