1. Stage

Slice all the vegetables. Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, celery in a large saucepan.

Add a cube of maggie, tomato juice, beef broth and water to cover vegetables, salt to taste. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
