Finely chop the cabbage, salt and remember with your hands a little that it would let the juice go.
Grate the onion, add to the cabbage. Then mix with kefir, egg and add flour with baking powder. Mix well the dough should be thick, if necessary add more flour.
Using a spoon, put the dough in a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden.
Cabbage pancakes on kefir are ready, they are usually served with sour cream.
