Cooking
1. Stage
Cut the bacon into slices, cabbage into thin slices. Place the bacon in a large frying pan, cook over medium heat. Remove the bacon, and set aside.

2. Stage
Sauté the onion in the bacon fat. Add cabbage, mix sugar, salt, and pepper in water. Cook the cabbage for about 15 minutes, add the bacon. Sprinkle with vinegar before serving.
