We grow yeast in warm water, add sugar. We put about 100 gr. flour. We cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes. After this, add the yolks, warm milk, salt, vanilla sugar and the remaining flour. Knead, add vegetable oil at the very end. Again, knead very well. Yeast dough loves hands. Then we cover the dough with a clean towel and set it to come to a warm place for three hours. During this time, we squeeze two times (we make indentations in the test). After that, make buns and stack the filling (half the candy), put in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate with a beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven for up to 200 C for 15 minutes.
