Heat a vegetable oil in a deep pan. Pour bulgur and mix it thoroughly with oil. Pour in water, close the lid and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Wash the chicken, cut into small pieces. In a separate frying pan, heat the oil, fry the chicken pieces on it until golden brown.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Wash pepper, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash the tomato, cut into thin slices. Add vegetables to the chicken, salt, pepper to taste and simmer until cooked.
When serving bulgur with chicken on the table, put bulgur on each plate, and chicken and vegetables on it.
