In a bowl, combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Cut the wings over the joints and roll in flour.
Fry the wings in a deep fat fryer or in a saucepan with plenty of oil until golden brown.
For the sauce, melt the butter and mix it with hot ketchup, add black pepper and garlic passed through the press, you can add your favorite spices if desired.
Pour the finished wings with sauce and mix.
