Buckwheat is well washed and cleaned of garbage if there is one. Pour with one glass of water in a saucepan and cover, leave to swell overnight.
Pour a second glass of water into buckwheat, add salt to taste, cover and put on fire. Give the buckwheat to boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes.
Buckwheat without cooking is ready, it turns out friable, served with butter if desired.
