Cool boiled buckwheat. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions and carrots. Combine buckwheat and fried mushrooms, add soaked bread, spices and herbs, mix (can be in a blender). Make cutlets from buckwheat minced meat and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.
