Wash and bake pepper at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, peel, cut off the top and clear of seeds.
Rub the feta cheese with a fork, add 1 egg and mix well. Stuff the bell pepper not very tightly.
Roll pepper stuffed with feta cheese in beaten eggs. Then in breadcrumbs.
Fry stuffed peppers in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
